To ensure you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Paperwork from first time clients is collected at this time and all spa guests have time to prepare for their spa experience.

We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services.

An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to groups of 5 or more.

To save time, you may print any of our forms and bring them with you when you come for your visit; as all new clients will need to fill out the 'new client' questionnaire form.
